Deeyem CNC is set-up on two acres plot in well developed KIADB industrial area at Harohalli on Kanakapura Road, with 28,000 sq.ft builtup area for machine shop & 8,000 sq.ft built up area for pressure die casting.

About Machineries & Measuring Equipments

Deeyem is equipped with a host of machines such as CNC Turning machines, 3 Axes CNC Vertical Machine Centre, Sliding head Automat, SPM's and machines for doing allied operations like, milling, drilling, and tapping along with hydro pneumatic and pneumatic pressure for doing sub assembly operations which ensures that the components are manufactured and finished fully in house.

Essential inspection equipments like CMM, Electronic 2D Microhite, Profile Projector, Surface finish measuring equipment, Pneumatic gauges, Hardness tester ,Leakage testing for engine components are on hand at the unit.
